I've spent my career as a developer and founder, and the last few years building AI and automation systems inside real businesses — CRMs, lead pipelines, content engines, internal assistants. Systems Thinker is where I write down what actually works.

The pattern I kept seeing: businesses don't fail at AI because the technology falls short. They fail because they start with a tool instead of a workflow — no clear process, unreachable data, nobody owning the system. The fix isn't more AI. It's systems thinking applied before anything gets built.

So this site teaches exactly that, free: how to find the workflow worth improving, how to judge whether you're ready, and how to prioritize so your first build is the right one. It's the same thinking I use professionally, published in the open.

What this project believes

Four commitments.

01
Systems over tools
Businesses don’t need more apps; they need workflows, data, and ownership that fit together.
02
Value first
Teach openly, give the frameworks away, and let people decide when they need help building.
03
Human review is a feature
The best AI systems keep people at the judgment points — that’s what makes them trustworthy.
04
Learn by shipping
One workflow in production beats ten slide decks about transformation.
Learn how to think in AI systems.
